Texas Veggie Burger Stir Fry 


2Texas veggie burgers cooked & cut up.


Add a bag of Sugar Snap Stir fry with a little olive oil.


2 Tab. onion & chives seasoning


2 Tab. garlic


2 Tab Cajun fire seasoning


Cook till veggies are tender and serve.


Just one of many of the dishes I have made for my daughter who is vegetarian. She helped on this one, she stirred & added the Cajun fire seasoning @ the end. LOL!

My day sucked, How was Yours??

Did not get shit done today. I had planned to drop my daughter off at school and then do some Christmas shopping at the mall  & some other places on Rivers Ave but nothing here apparently opens till 10 am witch is bull shit. So instead I spent the after noon grocery shopping then only come home to find out that we had no electricity. So since I had no electricity I could not finish my laundry. Aghhh...... Oh well by then it was time to go get my daughter. Now I'm at home pissed and thinking of all the stuff that I could have got done but will have to wait till next Friday. So enough about my day How was yours??

Ready for a drink

Well this is my first post and probably will not have many followers. I don't usually have any thing interesting to say. But here gos.....
My work week is over and thank god! I am tired as hell, my knees, feet and back hurt. I work extremely hard all week, not that they appreciate it and next week will go on to be the same. So I think I will do a couple loads of laundry and have a couple crown and cokes
